Record: 84-78 (No playoff appearance; it was a pretty nondescript day. We went to Wheeler. I talked about it to the lady in Pampa and she assured me that Wheeler did have some gas stations. I told Cheryl about that and she didn't get upset at least. We did not find vegetables in Wheeler and she soon realized that it was Hedley she was thinking of. Oh well, at least we got out of the house and later I complemented Cheryl on her cooking and she seemed to like that.)

When we got home we ordered some food from a food truck with her blessing because she had a lot to do. One of them was that I was upset that the actor Paul Reubens of Pee-wee Herman fame passed away partly because it reminded me of Dad. The other stuff was merely situations where I was getting carried away with her again, but the way I treated that was simply to back off. I ran into Sheriff Loren Brand and told him the plot to Leopold the Hogmouth, and he thought it was neat.)

We decided later to go ahead and go to Borger, and we ended up eating at Chicken Express. I was a little depressed, so I got a bit tipsy on some red wine that I shoplifted from Walmart. Later on that night, I took her car and did some DoorDash, but I didn't even break even. It wasn't the best day, but it definitely could have went a lot worse.)
